Yin Yoga for Real Life is a three-week series that offers take-home practices learned in supportive and engaged community. Each session will explore yin postures, conscious breathing, and self-study focused on accessing and releasing frustration/resentment (Week 1), anxiety/agitation (Week 2), and low mood/overwhelm (Week 3).
